Color Poem: BLACK

Color Poem: BLACK

Black

Dalmatian spots,

Kitty cats.

Santa’s boots,

Old top hats.

A hockey puck,

A button nose.

A spring bear cub,

A fire hose.

Karate belt,

Midnight sky.

Leather jacket,

Black berry pie.

A garden spider,

A jelly bean.

A tire swing,

An African Queen.

Color Poem: WHITE

White

A wisp of cloud,

A wedding veil.

A bright round moon,

A ship’s full sail.

Baby’s breath, a wedding bow,

Smooth dove wings, cold Winter snow.

A lightning bolt,

A spooky ghost.

A slice of bread,

A bubbly toast.

Mother’s milk, a polar bear,

Queen Anne’s Lace, Grandmother’s hair.
